Fat and Delicious Bakery is a cherished gem in Maple Grove, Minnesota, where we bring your sweet dreams to life. Our homemade treats, from luscious cakes to warm cinnamon rolls and chewy bagels, are crafted with love and the finest ingredients. We believe that every bite should be an experience, and our passion for baking shines through in every delectable creation we offer.
One Woman Show
At Fat and Delicious Bakery, Ashley is the brain and the brawn of the operation. Alongside fulfilling her childhood dream of having her own bakery, she is a full-time university student. She studies Psychology B.S. with plans to go onto Physician Assistant schooling after her bachelor's. She has many side quests, including the one and only Fat and Delicious Bakery, along her path to the medical world. And best of all, she doesn't plan to have them stay as dreams.

Ashley has had a passion for baking since she was first given a kit to bake cupcakes from her grandparents. Flash forward twelve years later, she now owns Fat and Delicious Bakery, and makes cakes and pastries for birthdays, events, and special requests by her friends and family. Her favorite pastry to both bake and eat are cinnamon rolls, to no suprise.
